Allysa Olney
This past February marked Allysa’s three year anniversary with e&e Tech. With Alecia Justice serving as a recruiter at the time, Allysa was placed in a position within the government sector as a Business Analyst. Allysa noted that, “It was great working with Alecia; she kept me apprised of any openings she thought I would be a good fit for and always kept me in the loop.” Alecia Justice is now President of e&e IT Consulting Services, Inc., parent company of e&e Technical Consultants.
According to Allysa, the “open and amiable communication during the recruiting process,” the people, and the “day to day engagement” are what sets e&e apart from the crowd. “By providing support and encouraging growth in new competencies,” Allysa said that e&e has helped her grow and flourish in her career. “I’ve gotten to work with a lot of wonderful people, and I’ve been able to grow my skill set regarding User Interface/User Experience Design.”
In total, Allysa has worked as a Business Analyst for about 7 years. “Through opportunity, hard work, and guidance…. I was able to land where I am now!” Originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, Allysa currently lives in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with her Fiancée, Joe, and their dog, Vlad. Outside of work, she loves to read, run, and make pottery.
Rodnetta Williams
Yet another staffing success story, Rodnetta recently joined e&e Technical Consultants in November of 2023 and secured her first position as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector by working with our recruiter, Angela James.
“Working with Angela was a fantastic experience,” according to Rodnetta. “She attentively listened to the opportunities I sought. We discussed my background, and she explained the current open positions. Although none of the initial options appealed to me, we stayed in touch. After a few months, she successfully identified a position that aligned well with my interests.”
With a career spanning over 25 years in the information technology field, Rodnetta noted she finds fulfillment in the health insurance industry. “Assisting individuals in securing insurance plans and connecting them with specialized providers for their unique circumstances is a rewarding aspect of my work. Outside of work, I spend my time at home, engaging with my grandkids, or finding serenity at my favorite spot, the beach, where I can bask in the sun and enjoy moments of peace.”
